At the risk of sounding like a broken record, whatever you may find encouraging or challenging in our story is a direct result of how graciously God works through and in spite of human brokenness.

Walking With Grace 
I finished your book last night after receiving it a couple of weeks ago. I took my time reading it to try to imagine all that you have gone through even though I read all of your blogs. It can only be described as God’s protection and purpose for you at the time of the accident. Your physical pain is difficult to comprehend. And yet you allowed the Lord to continue to hold you in His arms during these seven years. I remember hearing you talk about the times of you hearing voices to take your life and how difficult that would be. I’m thankful you are in a better place physically and mentally. O how I would love for you to get back the feeling in your left hand to be able to play your violin. I would be in UCO during rehearsals when my husband was in trustee meetings and sit where I could watch Ivan play the piano. Praise the Lord for the talent the Lord has given both of you. Thank you for writing your honest book in giving God the praise.
